The role involves building and evolving the employer channel by securing new values-aligned partnerships and deepening existing ones. You will develop a scalable service model and use data-led insights to drive growth and employee engagement.
Candidates need over 7 years of experience in employer partnerships or business development within financial services or superannuation. RG146 certification is essential, along with proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and use CRM tools like Salesforce.

In this newly created role as the Senior Employer Partnerships Manager, you will build and shape the evolution of Australian Ethical’s employer channel by deepening existing partnerships, securing new values-aligned employer opportunities, and building a scalable, data-led approach to employer and employee engagement. You will play a key role in shaping channel strategy, improving retention, and driving future growth across the employer segment.
You are a commercially minded self-starter who can create growth opportunities, build structure and drive momentum in a newly created role. You bring strategic thinking, hands-on execution and the confidence to grow, retain and scale employer partnerships that deliver impact.
