Provide specialized nursing care to clients with complex needs within their own homes according to individual care plans. Maintain accurate digital records of client visits and collaborate with the head office and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality service.
Candidates must be qualified nurses (Band 5 or above) with a valid NMC PIN and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship. An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory, and previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable.
