The counselor provides community-based psychiatric rehabilitation services to help adults improve daily living skills, emotional stability, and community functioning. They are responsible for documenting progress, collaborating with treatment teams, and facilitating group sessions to support client goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A bachelor's degree in human services and prior experience in behavioral health or psychiatric rehabilitation are preferred.
