The F&I Manager helps customers finance vehicle purchases through lending agencies and sells aftermarket options and warranties. They are also responsible for ensuring all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations while maximizing department profitability.
Candidates must have a minimum high school diploma or GED and prior automotive experience. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and knowledge of regulatory compliance are also required.

A Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies; they are also responsible for having a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle sales and finance departments.
