Perform repair, preventive maintenance, and operational verification for Sterile Processing Devices like autoclaves and washer disinfectors. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Requires 1-3 years of experience as an SPDS Technician and an Associate's degree in Electrical or a related discipline. Must possess a valid driver's license, DOT card, and required immunizations.
Description
Job Summary: The Field Service Technician is to perform repair and preventive maintenance services, with documentation, for Sterile Processing Devices. This includes equipment such as autoclaves, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, scope washers, and more. They are to ensure an excellent customer experience by using superior communication skills along with a proactive, positive attitude. The Technician will perform these services to comply with the policies and procedures of the customer/client and Atlantic Biomedical.
Education and/or Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience as a SPDS Technician experience preferred. Associate’’s degree with a focus on Electrical or other related disciplines.
