Lead small groups of swimmers through progressive skill levels using organized lesson plans. Communicate progress to parents and ensure all facility rules and safety regulations are enforced.
Candidates should have knowledge of swimming mechanics and be comfortable working with children of all ages. Preference is given to those with American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Our mission is to develop the skills necessary for a lifetime of swimming in students of all ages, and to create a safe & fun environment in and around water. ASA is a family-owned business serving East Cobb and the surrounding area for over 35 years. Our exceptional reputation in the community has made us a leader in the Learn-to-Swim industry. We offer swim lessons for children, starting at 3 month old infants through 12 year old's. We teach all levels, from beginner to advanced. We have 3 indoor heated at 90 degrees pools for warm year-round swimming. The large viewing hallway allows parents to observe swim lessons comfortably and provides easy access to our 6 family changing rooms. Additionally, our large men's and women's restrooms have generous changing areas. We focus on providing the cleanest and safest swimming environment possible. Our facility has maintained an A+ rating from the Health Department for over 30 years. All our staff hold safety as their number one goal.
