Responsible for prepping food, assisting the Chef, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness through dishwashing and sanitary maintenance. The role also involves stocking inventory and providing friendly service to diners regarding menu items and allergens.
Candidates must be ServSafe certified with at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience and proficiency in scratch cooking and knife skills. Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule and lift up to 30 pounds.

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for prepping food and assisting Chef prep. Responsibilities include dishwashing duties, dinner wares, pots and pans, utensils, service platters, equipment, and general daily sanitary maintenance. The cook position will also maintain clean and full shelves and refrigerators through stocking and helping maintain inventory levels. Serving and assisting diners is of the utmost importance. This position will work during the days leading up to, during, and following homestands as well as some various events throughout the season.
