Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency to perform general repairs and appliance installations. Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors while conducting preventive maintenance.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance or trades and a valid driver's license with insurance. Preferred qualifications include CPO, EPA, and OSHA certifications along with HVAC repair experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekends, overtime, or on-call may be required based on property needs)
