Lead the Quality Community of Practice by defining and owning the product quality strategy and platform test tooling for an agentic SaaS platform. You will serve as the internal advocate for quality, mentoring teams and aligning engineering processes to ensure high reliability across the system.
Requires extensive experience driving quality strategies across multiple teams within an enterprise SaaS and distributed systems environment. Candidates should be comfortable making technical trade-off decisions and advocating for quality in cross-functional leadership discussions.
