Program Journey:
As an IN-MOTION Trainee, you will embark on a one-year rotational journey across multiple therapeutic areas within Medical Affairs. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience through project-based assignments, field shadowing opportunities, and close collaboration with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams.
Supported by a dedicated mentor, you will continuously develop your scientific, strategic, and stakeholder engagement capabilities while buildinga strong foundationfor future opportunitiesas an Associate Medical Scientific Liaison.
