Build, wire, and test AV racks and media servers in the shop environment. Travel to project sites to install, commission, and fine-tune systems to bring them online.
Requires hands-on technical experience in AV, IT, or electronics and the ability to read signal flow drawings. Must be able to work on-site in Long Beach, travel up to 25%, and possess a valid driver's license.
We are seeking a Media Systems Engineer who builds to a high standard and sees projects through. The role is split between the shop and the field. In the shop, you will build and wire racks, test and configure equipment, and program media servers. When a project ships, you will travel with it to install, commission, and bring the system online on-site.
We welcome a range of experience. If you are early in your career, we will invest in your training, with a clear path into system design, project leadership, media server programming, and CAD documentation. If you are an experienced engineer seeking a stable role to do strong work, you are equally welcome.
