The Facilities and Events Analyst will manage daily office operations, infrastructure maintenance, and purchasing while supporting administrative tasks. Additionally, the role involves coordinating logistics for internal and external events and assisting with financial routines and vendor management.
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in facilities, administration, or event production with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in English and spreadsheet tools is required, along with a degree in a related field and the ability to work on-site in São Paulo.
