Perform GMP manufacturing of cellular products following batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols. Assist in the setup, testing, and qualification of manufacturing areas and equipment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and at least 2 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Experience with clinical scale cell processing platforms like Miltenyi CliniMACS/Prodigy is desired.

ArsenalBio is seeking a talented and motivated Cell Therapy Specialist to join the ArsenalBio Technical Operations team supporting cell therapy manufacturing activities. This Specialist will work closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality and other support roles. The position will report into the Director of Manufacturing in supporting day to day manufacturing processes. The individual will also interact cross-functionally across the organization to enable the success of ArsenalBio. This position requires a Tuesday to Saturday schedule and may require on-call off hours beyond that to support business needs.

The estimated base salary offer for the preferred primary location of the San Francisco Bay area ranges from $84,900 - $104,000. Salary ranges for other locations may vary from this range. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, experience, education, and location. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
