You will lead the Design Quality team to provide strategic oversight across product design, development, and lifecycle management. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality systems, managing design controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and has over 8 years of experience in medical device quality roles. You must possess strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and FDA regulations, along with proven leadership capabilities.

About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will lead AROA’s Design Quality team and provide strategic quality oversight across product design and development. You will work closely with R&D and other cross-functional leaders to ensure design controls, risk management, and quality-system requirements are applied pragmatically and consistently.
