Earning potential- $90,000 - $150,000 PLUS
What you'll do:
Build rapport quickly with homeowners and prospective customers
Listen deeply and perform needs‑based discovery
Recommend solutions that align with customer needs and company offerings
Provide clear, accurate information about products, pricing, and project options
Create confident buyers by educating—not pressuring
Represent Arlinghaus HVAC, Plumbing & Electric with pride and professionalism
Become an expert in your market area and customer demographics
Help set and achieve ambitious sales goals
Support the Sewer Team with communication, coordination, and follow‑through
Perform other related duties as needed

Experience in the sewer industry and/or Service Titan or similar software (preferred)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Relevant work experience
- Sewer industry experience preferred
- Service Titan experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS
- Field environment including interior and exterior of customers' residential properties. May require exposure to weather conditions, dusts, and mists that may be present while working outdoors. Exposure to chemicals may occur. Use of personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety-footwear, goggles, gloves, shield, mask or respirator, and hardhats may be required.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and insurable driving history.
- Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Generally, Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
