The Office of Finance, Budget, and Post Award under the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research (OSVPR) is searching for a detail orientated, highly motivated Post-Award Generalist (Proposal and Award Generalist - Advanced Professional) to join our team supporting research administration for OSVPR.
This position will report to the Grants and Contracts Manager for OSVPR, supporting all post award functions in a high volume, fast paced, complex, detailed, and multifaceted environment.
Responsibilities: Duties of this position include providing support and expertise to units within OSVPR on post-award matters. The selected individual's job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel functions, Strategic Information Systems (SIMS) or any grant management system, grant reporting and budget functions (or similar institutional programs), and award management experience are highly preferred. Requires flexibility and self-management skills, including the ability to prioritize many diverse responsibilities. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Work Arrangement: This position can operate remotely within the US. Standard work time will be in EST.
