Assist the Head Coach in organizing all aspects of the softball program, including practice, game preparation, and recruitment. Motivate student-athletes to maintain high academic standards and ensure compliance with NCAA and United East Conference regulations.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level. Candidates must be able to work in adverse outdoor weather conditions and pass multiple criminal background clearances.

Assist the Head Coach with organizing all aspects of the baseball program, including practice and game preparation, recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
Motivate student-athletes as well as encourage high academic standards, leadership skills and manage the team’s commitment to NCAA and United East Conference regulations.
Complete game day duties as assigned.
Complete administrative duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years coaching experience at the collegiate or High School level and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
