Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for government customers, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Act as the primary liaison between internal product teams and external government stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and user adoption.
Requires 8+ years of experience in project management or implementation within a customer-facing technology environment, specifically with enterprise SaaS or digital transformation projects. Candidates must possess strong stakeholder management skills and experience navigating complex, regulated, or government environments.

As we continue expanding across Canada and North America, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Government Solutions to lead the successful implementation and delivery of complex enterprise projects for municipal government customers.

You’ll play a critical role in helping governments modernize how cities are planned, approved, and built.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Archistar, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for government customers across Canada and North America.
You will serve as the primary delivery lead between customers and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer outcomes.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, and cross-functional coordination skills. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external government stakeholders to drive successful implementation outcomes in complex and politically sensitive environments.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, technically confident, and experienced navigating enterprise or government delivery environments.
