Perform minor and major repairs on building equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Manage preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
Requires a high school diploma, a refrigeration license, and an FDNY Certificate of Fitness. Candidates must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.
