Description

PROBLEM SOLVERS WANTED | Our motivated, talented team is the secret to our success. We are committed to fostering a highly collaborative environment with ongoing learning opportunities for all employees.

WHO WE ARE | ArchBridge Family Office (formerly The St. Louis Trust Company) is a multi-family office and trust company that serves multi-generational families with complex wealth. Our philosophy is straightforward; focus on our clients, put them first and always better our service. We provide holistic, high-touch client service including customized, independent investment management and a full range of family office and fiduciary services. We serve a limited number of clients with substantial wealth in order to maintain very low client-to-employee ratios. Each client family is different, and so are we.

ARCHBRIDGE FAMILY OFFICE is seeking a new Investment Analyst to join our investment department and work closely with senior members of the team. This is a foundational role that offers broad exposure to our investment process, including portfolio reporting, public markets research, manager due diligence, client deliverables, and meeting preparation. Our ideal candidate is intellectually curious and passionate about investments, and stays informed though investment blogs, podcasts and more. The Investment Analyst will have a seat at the table from day one - participating in Investment Committee discussions, manager meetings, and client team conversations. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, takes pride in producing thorough, reliable work that keeps the team running, and is eager to develop their own well-informed investment views in time. The Investment Analyst role is designed to grow over time, with increasing responsibility as experience is gained. Professional development is supported through close mentorship and opportunities to pursue relevant certifications. This is an on-site position located in our St. Louis, Missouri office.

The ArchBridge Investment Department maintains a disciplined, evidence-informed investment process and the intellectual honesty to refine it. Every family we serve has a different set of objectives, and we build portfolios accordingly. We hold ourselves to a high standard, learn from what doesn't work, and never stop improving. If that resonates, we'd like to hear from you!

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU...

  • Have genuine interest in markets and investing - you read broadly and stay current because you want to, not because you're told to
  • Are detail-oriented and reliable - your work doesn't need to be checked twice
  • Stay organized to meet deadlines and capably keep multiple workstreams moving for a busy team
  • Write clearly and communicate confidently with the ability to adjust to your audience
  • Readily and proactively ask clarifying questions early rather than quietly go sideways
  • Are motivated by doing good work and thrive in a team-oriented, low-ego environment

Requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in finance, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in an investment firm or financial services environment with exposure to asset management, manager research, financial planning and/or investment consulting disciplines
  • Pursuing or planning to pursue the CFA, CAIA or comparable investment credential
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities/resourcefulness
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and proven project ownership skills
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Addepar, FactSet, Morningstar Direct and/or PitchBook
  • Experience with Asana, SalesForce, PowerBI or SharePoint considered a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Prepare and maintain portfolio reports and analytics using Addepar, FactSet, Morningstar Direct and PitchBook
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on public equity portfolios including performance attribution, holdings review, and peer comparison
  • Support the evaluation and ongoing monitoring of public market investment managers
  • Research investment topics and translate findings into clear, client-ready materials
  • Organize materials for Investment Committee meetings, manager interviews, and client reviews
  • Coordinate the Investment Department's meeting cadence and deliverable timelines using Asana and Salesforce
  • Field inbound client team requests and coordinate responses alongside senior investment team members
  • Support longer-term projects including manager due diligence, portfolio construction analysis and internal research

EXCELLENT BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • Competitive compensation with bonus potential
  • 401(k) with Company match and profit sharing
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and FSA/HSA
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Support for professional development through training and certifications including CFA/CAIA study materials and exam fees
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Company-paid parking
