The Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas within apartment buildings. Duties include performing move-in/move-out cleanings, general upkeep of surfaces, and seasonal maintenance tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
Candidates must have prior building cleaning or maintenance experience and possess strong attention to detail. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow directions, and communicate effectively in English.
