Prepares and portions food items according to standardized recipes and production requirements. Maintains a clean, sanitized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Preferably one year of food service or prep experience with knowledge of knife handling and sanitation. Must possess basic reading, writing, and math skills and be able to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing.
The Food Prep Worker prepares, and portions food items and performs various duties in accordance with production requirements and Aramark sanitation standards. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals.
