The role involves performing industrial hygiene and health and safety consulting for commercial and industrial clients, including conducting audits and exposure assessments. The project manager will also support business development by writing proposals and reviewing technical deliverables.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of experience in safety or industrial hygiene. A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential is required or strongly preferred, along with deep knowledge of OSHA regulatory frameworks.
APTIM is seeking a mid-level Certified Safety Professional/Certified Industrial Hygienist to participate in a variety of health and safety compliance support tasks, such as injury and illness prevention, lockout/tagout, industrial hygiene, industrial/commercial safety, job hazard analysis, ergonomics, heat stress, confined space entry and various OSHA and EPA compliance and site auditing activities. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with approximately 10 years’ experience performing safety related services.

What you can expect from APTIM:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $110-130K year. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
