The IT Manager is responsible for administering and optimizing the company's technology infrastructure, with a heavy focus on the Azure cloud environment. This includes managing external MSP vendors, overseeing MS Dynamics CRM, and providing primary desktop support for enterprise users.
Candidates need at least five years of IT experience, preferably with three years in healthcare IT and demonstrated experience in IT project management. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS and MS Dynamics CRM is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Information Technology (IT) Manager ("Position") is a position of the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems (“OAHHS”) d/b/a Hospital Association of Oregon (“Hospital Association”) and Oregon Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Apprise Health Insights (“Apprise”). The person is concurrently employed by both the Hospital Association and Apprise. The job duties are expected to primarily relate to the position with the Hospital Association.
This is a hybrid position which requires in-person duties in Tigard, Ore. at least two days per week and as needed to meet business needs. This position is open to residents of Oregon or Washington.
The Position is responsible for the administration and optimization of the Company’s technology infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Azure cloud environment. A successful candidate must be technically minded and able to effectively communicate with non-technical groups on advanced IT topics. They must have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
The Position models teamwork and commitment to the Hospital Association and Apprise’s mission, vision, and values to internal staff, members, customers, and external stakeholders.
