As a Career Manager, you will make a meaningful impact on our Public Sector Professional Services team, guiding Consultants’ careers while strengthening operational excellence within Customer Success. Career Managers partners closely with Regional Leaders to develop their consulting teams and collaborates with engagement managers to enhance the end-to-end consultant experience, including onboarding, professional development, performance management, and other key people processes. This is a coaching and performance management-focused role, and does not focus on staffing.
This role is based at our HQ in McLean, VA. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. To be successful in this role, you will:
The base salary range provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a government clearance differential. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
