The Building Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of a condominium property while ensuring resident service standards are met. They perform minor repairs, supervise contractors, conduct site inspections, and manage building documentation and supply inventories.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in building maintenance or property management. Strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks are required.
