The Senior Electrical Construction Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates for electrical projects from conceptual design through final bid submission. They will collaborate with project teams to identify risks, perform quantity takeoffs, and manage the bidding process for commercial and industrial projects.
Candidates must have 7+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction estimating, including experience with projects valued at $15 million or more. Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and labor requirements is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Position Title: Senior Electrical Construction Estimator
Department: Estimating / Preconstruction
Reports To: Chief Estimator

Location: Clearwater, Lakeland and Orlando Florida
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team and work on some of the most exciting projects in Tampa Bay. The Senior Electrical Construction Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates for electrical construction projects from conceptual design through final bid submission.
This position requires strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, labor requirements, subcontractor and vendor pricing, and applicable building and electrical codes. The successful candidate will be able to interpret construction documents, identify project risks and opportunities, develop detailed estimates, and collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
