The specialist will transform core inputs into high-volume omnichannel campaign assets across written, video, and visual formats. They are responsible for managing content workflows and maintaining brand visibility across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
Requires 3+ years of experience in content marketing or multimedia production, preferably within B2B SaaS. Candidates must be proficient in AI-assisted content tools, video editing, and writing for various digital formats.

The AI Content Automation Specialist owns Aparavi’s AI-powered content multiplication and visibility engine and turns a few core inputs—like leadership ideas, webinars, product launches, demos, and customer stories—into a high volume of written, video, and visual content across all key channels. Using AI tools, automation workflows, and strong visual storytelling instincts, this person keeps the brand highly visible and reinforces our narrative around AI readiness, knowledge management, permissions and access, PII protection, intelligent data migration, Copilot governance, and department-specific AI use cases.
Turn a small number of source inputs into high-volume, high-quality campaign assets.
Create written content for LinkedIn, blogs, emails, website pages, landing pages, and sales collateral.
Repurpose webinars and other long-form content into short-form videos and clips for social, sales follow-up, and demand-gen.
Handle lightweight design work: social graphics, LinkedIn carousels, one-pagers, infographics, webinar slides, thumbnails, and basic motion graphics.
Build and manage content workflows and publishing across channels like LinkedIn, email, CMS, YouTube, and sales engagement tools.
Partner with marketing, sales, product, and executives to ensure message consistency and fast turnaround.
3+ years in content marketing, content operations, social/media, or multimedia production (B2B SaaS or technology preferred).
Strong writing and editing skills across social, web, email, and sales enablement formats.
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and basic motion/graphics tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and workflow automation tools.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
