What we are looking for

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business within an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, and consistently achieving revenue targets. 

You'll be supported by inbound opportunities, marketing campaigns, outsourced lead generation, events, and SDR activities, while also taking ownership of building and maintaining your own pipeline. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Sales Leadership, you'll play a key role in helping customers discover how AnyDesk can solve their business challenges. 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new customers within an assigned territory through outbound and inbound sales activities.  
• Own the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and closing.  
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities and nurturing existing prospects.  
• Understand customer needs and position AnyDesk's solutions to address their business challenges.  
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.  
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast data in Salesforce.  
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Sales Leadership to deliver a seamless customer journey.  
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics.  
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product updates.  

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.  
• Experience conducting virtual sales meetings using phone, email, and video conferencing.  
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.  
• Business-fluent English.  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.  
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.  
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and consultative sales approach.  
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to win new business.  
• Experience selling remote access or IT management software is a plus.
