The Associate will source and evaluate high-potential Series A to C startups, primarily in Europe, across various technology sectors. They will lead investment diligence, prepare investment memos, and provide post-investment strategic support to portfolio companies.
Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience in fast-paced business or technical environments and the right to work in the UK. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with financial modeling, and a deep interest in the startup ecosystem are required.

The Role
As an Associate in Antler’s Elevate Global Fund, you will work closely with senior members of the investment team to source, evaluate, and support high-potential startups at Series A to Series C, with a primary focus on Series A and B.
You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence through to deal execution and post-investment portfolio support. You will be based in London, focused on opportunities in Europe, with occasional opportunities to look at deals across our global presence.
This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are intellectually curious, commercially sharp, and excited to work at the intersection of technology, business, and entrepreneurship
