You will design, build, and operate web services and data-collection software for a fleet of robots and AI/ML training infrastructure. You will own services end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable software.
Candidates must have a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience and 3-5+ years of backend-focused web service development. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes is required, along with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Animore, you will build and operate the web services and tooling that let our AI/ML teams train and benchmark models at scale. You will also work across our data farm - the software that runs on the robots themselves, the services that collect data from them, and the tooling we use to manage and monitor our fleet of 100+ data collection stations.
You will take ownership of one or more services end to end - from design through deployment and day-to-day operation in the cloud - working closely with team leads, data farm managers, and AI/ML engineers to turn real operational needs into reliable, well-built software.
