Provide technical medical assistance to physicians and nurses while performing clinical procedures such as IV initiation, wound care, and specimen collection. Manage patient documentation, clerical duties, and ensure effective communication using the SBAR method.
Requires a high school diploma, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and a valid Medical Assistant or EMT license. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience and strong computer skills.

Hourly Range: $18.75-$30.44 (posted hourly range excludes overtime and bonuses which are not guaranteed)
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent
Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Licensure: MA or EMT Certification - CO state or National Registry, (EMTI or EMTP preferred)
Experience, Training, Knowledge: Strong computer skills, minimum 2 years clinical experience.
Physical Requirements
Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to fifty (50) pounds; stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching; standing and walking more than five (5) hours per day; visual acuity in order to correctly distinguish skin tone variations, evidence of IV infiltration, infection, also to read telemetry, blood pressure gauges, etc.; audio acuity, in order to correctly distinguish various body sounds, i.e. respiration’s, heart sounds, bowel sounds, also to discern sounds made by various types of machinery or equipment which would indicate dangerous or improper operation.
Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, body fluids, various infectious/communicable diseases, infectious medical waste, radiation, and/or radioactive materials and/or radioactive waste, proximity to moving mechanical parts. Protective clothing/equipment may be necessary.
