ATIVIDADES:
Liderar tecnicamente e promover projetos de melhoria para otimizar processos e maximizar resultados de acordo com diagnósticos de estado atual, analisar os dados bem como apoiar a construção e execução dos projetos.
REQUISITOS:
Ensino Superior completo em áreas de Engenharia;
Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas específicas (Green Belt, Black Belt, Gestão de Projetos, Qualidade, Gestão de Processos, etc);
Conhecimento em pacote office (Excevl, Power BI, Tableau, etc...);
Conhecimento e prática com ferramentas de melhoria contínua como Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, A3;
Certificação em Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) ou outras certificações de melhoria de processos - será considerado um diferencial;
Certificação em Gestão de Projetos - será considerado um diferencial;
Proficiência em Inglês;
Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente, em Araucária.
