Summary/Objective

The Marketing Associate is a vital role within the marketing department, responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and activities. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's marketing efforts. The Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Essential Functions

Develops marketing goals to be reviewed with Marketing Director on a regularly basis.
Assists in creation and maintenance of the annual marketing budget.
Communicates with outside agencies or suppliers.
Performs market research and analysis.
Creates written content for website, social media, and sales collateral.
Assists in development, production, and distribution of promotional items, collateral materials, and company website to support sales and marketing programs.
Analyzes and optimizes website content for search engines and lead generation.
Helps establish and maintain consistent company image and brand identity throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Assists in development and execution of promotional activities.
Measures and analyzes customer satisfaction through surveying and communications.
Assists in product analysis to eliminate non-profitable items and evaluate pricing.
Assists in the research and collection of competitor and market data used to evaluate existing and potential product markets, identify target market segments, optimize product position, etc.
Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Arranges travel and accommodations for tradeshows and other corporate travel.
Coordinates trade shows by registering, coordinating shipment and return of trade show booth and materials.
May attend tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and sales meetings as required.
Develops, implements, and documents Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for regularly performed tasks.
Meets or exceeds all applicable Sales and Marketing Service Level Objectives (SLO).
Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed in an office environment with controlled heating and air, with standard office equipment available.
