Ideal Candidate
A strong finance professional who can work independently through complex data, lead recurring planning and reporting processes confidently, and turn analysis into clear decision support for operations and finance partners. This person combines analytical rigor with sound judgment, brings structure to ambiguity, and can build useful reports and dashboards that improve visibility, team efficiency, and decision-making.
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Finance Planning supports External Manufacturing Operations by leading complex financial analysis, improving core planning and close processes, and delivering structured insights that support operational and financial decision-making.
This role requires a strong analytical foundation, the ability to operate independently within a dynamic environment, and the judgment to move beyond reporting into actionable business support. The Senior Analyst will take ownership of key close and forecasting activities, perform deeper variance and cost analysis, support cross-functional decision-making, and help strengthen the team’s reporting capability by creating and improving reports and dashboards that increase financial visibility and usability.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
