Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (15% shift premium)
Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (15% shift premium)
Advanced troubleshooting of flowforming operations
Troubleshoot dimensional issues
Read and understand blueprints
Read and understand inspection reports
Understand machine functions
Understand process flow
Understand part programming
Basic knowledge of programming new parts
Apply process-of-elimination techniques
Experience in a fast-paced, automotive manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills for interaction with the workforce
Willingness and ability to work necessary overtime if required
