The role involves the conception, setup, and commissioning of innovative laser and optical measurement systems. It also includes project leadership, team management, and coordinating interfaces between development, production, and customers.
Candidates must have a degree or PhD in laser technology, physics, or a similar field with several years of experience in industrializing optical systems. Proven experience in technical or disciplinary leadership and project management is required.
