The BIM Coordinator will lead the implementation of BIM standards and Revit workflows across the company to ensure efficient design and engineering processes. They are responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary models, conducting quality reviews, and mentoring team members to improve design accuracy and productivity.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or Revit implementation. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience with multidisciplinary project coordination are essential requirements for this role.
The BIM Coordinator will lead AMODA's BIM implementation by developing, governing, and continuously improving the company's Revit standards and workflows.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the entire design process, from architectural concept, engineering coordination, to drafting documentation, is executed directly within Revit, eliminating inefficient conversions from AutoCAD or SketchUp.
As a cross-functional partner to the Design, Engineering, Product, and Project Delivery teams, the BIM Coordinator will establish BIM governance, improve collaboration across disciplines, and ensure project documentation is accurate, standardized, and scalable as AMODA continues to grow.
