Requires a high school diploma and reliable transportation to commute to clients. Bilingual Spanish and English skills are strongly preferred, and a willingness to obtain RBT certification is required.

We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy services during evening hours in the Montgomery Village area.

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help implement behavior plans, support skill development, and create meaningful progress in the child’s daily life.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and passionate about working with children and families in a home setting.
