About Our Clinic
PetDocks Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice that has served Morehead City and the surrounding coastal communities since 2000. Our collaborative team delivers thoughtful, individualized medicine in a modern hospital while maintaining strong, personal relationships with our clients and their pets.
Practice type: Small animal general practice with urgent care cases
Average daily patient volume: Approximately 16 patients per doctor
Support staff ratio: Approximately 2:1
Case mix: Wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and urgent care
Specialty support: Visiting orthopedic and ultrasound specialists available at least once per month
Team culture: Fast-paced and collaborative, with doctors working together to manage a diverse caseload
