The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual care and assessments to patients and their families while coordinating with other spiritual counselors. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and organize memorial services.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology, such as a BD or MDiv. A valid driver's license and insurance are required for home visits, and experience with end-of-life care is preferred.
