The Maintenance Assistant supports the facility by ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance. Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is required.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following company policies and procedures. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
