The Unit Manager is responsible for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit and ensures compliance with company standards and federal/state regulations. They supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel while promoting an interdisciplinary approach to resident care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an Indiana RN or LPN license. The role requires a commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.
