The Staff Development Coordinator conducts education, skills competencies, and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. They also assist with new employee hiring and champion staff recognition and retention programs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold or be able to obtain an Indiana RN license. They must demonstrate core values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.
