The Assistant Superintendent oversees daily golf course maintenance operations, including staff supervision, irrigation management, and agronomic program implementation. They also act as the Superintendent in their absence and manage administrative tasks such as reporting and expense tracking.
Candidates should possess a degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, or a related field and hold a certified pesticide license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to operate maintenance equipment are required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
