Amentum France accompagne ses clients sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’une installation nucléaire, du support à la construction ou au licensing jusqu’au démantèlement, en passant par le support au parc en exploitation (modifications, augmentation de durée de vie, amélioration du niveau de sûreté, …).
Bénéficiant de plusieurs bureaux stratégiquement implantés, dont à Aix-en-Provence et à Paris, ses collaborateurs se composent d’ingénieurs et de cadres de haut niveau.
Description du poste
L’équipe Qualification intervient historiquement au sein du projet ITER et se développe actuellement auprès de nouveaux Clients (EDF DIPDE et SMR/AMR). L’équipe Qualification participe activement à la qualification de certains équipements, elle contribue également à la mise en place du processus de qualification dans certaines entités, notamment par la rédaction de documents pilotes et procédures.
Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet, vous prenez part aux études de qualification et vous intervenez de manière autonome au sein de notre équipe intégrée depuis l’agence et/ou le site de nos clients
Vos principales missions seront axées sur:
L’identification des exigences de qualification et leur retranscription dans une spécification technique
La participation à la sélection d’équipements répondant a priori aux exigences de qualification et la vérification du respect des exigences qualité nucléaire des fournisseurs
Le suivi de fabrication des specimens de qualification selon les exigences de l’arrêté INB
L’élaboration d’une stratégie de qualification selon les paramètres du projet
La rédaction et/ou la vérification des documents d’étude de qualification (qualification plan, test procedure, test report, analysis report, NSQ, FMQ…)
Le suivi des tests en laboratoire
La rédaction de rapport, la réalisation de reportings et la participation aux réunions internes et externes.
La rédaction de documents chapeaux (template, instructions) nécessaires à la mise en place du processus de qualification
La création et/ou le suivi d’une base de données d’équipements qualifiés
La force de proposition auprès de nos clients dans la conduite de leur projet de qualification
L’accompagnement et/ou le suivi des membres juniors de l’équipe
L’appui technique pour les réponses aux appels d'offres

Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieurs ou équivalent, vous avez déjà acquis au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans la conduite de projet de qualification d’équipements nucléaires (I&C, mécaniques, électriques, HVAC).
Vous possédez en particulier une bonne maitrise des codes et standards de qualification générale (RCCE, RCC-M, IEC-IEEE 60780-323) et spécifique (par exemple IEC 60980 ou la série IEC 61000).
Vous bénéficiez de compétences accrues sur les procédures de qualifications depuis la sélection de l’équipement et du fournisseur, le choix et la justification de la méthode de qualification, la séquence de tests jusqu’au maintien de la qualification sur la durée de la vie de l’équipement qualifié. Une expérience dans la qualification fonctionnelle de système de contrôle commande ou de logiciel (par exemple selon l’IEC 62671) selon serait un réel avantage.
Vous travaillez de manière autonome. Par ailleurs doté d’un bon esprit d’équipe, vous aimez partager vos connaissances et vous enrichissez continuellement par vos échanges professionnels. Vous démontrez des qualités à fédérer un groupe de travail autour d’un projet, vous êtes investis dans votre entreprise, que vous contribuez à développer.
Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit, parlé) est indispensable pour ce poste (niveau B2 CECRL a minima).
