Amentum France accompagne ses clients sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’une installation nucléaire, du support à la construction ou au licensing jusqu’au démantèlement, en passant par le support au parc en exploitation (modifications, augmentation de durée de vie, amélioration du niveau de sûreté, …).
Bénéficiant de deux bureaux stratégiquement implantés à Aix-en-Provence et à Paris, ses collaborateurs se composent d’ingénieurs et de cadres de haut niveau.
Rattachée à la Direction Financière et en lien étroit avec les équipes projets, vous êtes responsable du pilotage financier de projets, avec un focus particulier sur le suivi de la marge à l’avancement (méthode POC – Percentage of Completion) et la facturation.
Vos principales missions seront axées sur :
Suivi budgétaire et financier de projets (CAPEX/OPEX, coûts directs et indirects)
Calcul et analyse de la marge à l’avancement (méthode POC)
Élaboration des reportings mensuels et tableaux de bord projet (REVREC – Revenue Recognition)
Participation aux réunions de lancement et de revues de projets avec les chefs de projet et la direction
Analyse des écarts (prévisionnel vs réalisé) et proposition d’actions correctives
Contribution aux clôtures mensuelles et à la fiabilisation des comptes projets
Suivi des engagements, des provisions et des risques financiers
Participation à l’amélioration des outils et processus de gestion projet
En phase d’appel d’offre (amont du projet), contribuer à la construction de l’offre financière
Initier la création et la clôture des projets dans les outils, de manière appropriée afin de garantir l’exhaustivité et l’exactitude des documents justificatifs.
Contribuer à la préparation des éléments de facturation client, en lien avec le comptable et les partenaires, conformément aux termes contractuels.
Traitement des factures de frais de déplacement avec affectation sur les différents projets concernés
Communiquer efficacement avec l’équipe projet tout au long du cycle de vie du projet et offre un soutien et des conseils continus.
Veiller au respect de tous les délais.
Participer aux audits internes et externes.

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en finance, contrôle de gestion ou école de commerce (Bac+4/5)
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 4 à 5 ans en contrôle de gestion projet, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, BTP, ingénierie ou IT
Vous maîtrise les principes de reconnaissance de revenus à l’avancement
Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel, ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) et outils BI (Power BI, Tableau…)
Capacité à travailler en mode projet, en transverse avec des équipes techniques
Esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie et sens du résultat
Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
