The role involves designing high-quality AI server products through cross-functional collaboration with power, mechanical, and signal integrity teams. Key duties include performing design reviews of hardware blocks and circuits, as well as debugging issues during bring-up and production phases.
Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in x86 hardware and motherboard design, with proficiency in Cadence tools and oscilloscopes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering is required.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Server Board Design Engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor to designing AMD’s AI server product, you will be part of a board design team to work with a cross-functional team to design and deliver the highest-quality proposal/product to the customer. You will be responsible for creating quality and ensuring the success of teamwork. You and the team will continue to develop, and the product will improve. We also encourage technical innovation to showcase successes and facilitate continuous career development.
THE PERSON:
As a Sr. Board Design Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams (Power, ME, SI, Layout) to deliver high-quality design or proposal. You need to have more design experience and be familiar with server debug processes.
