Responsibilities

Respond to emergency calls to provide life-saving care and safely transport patients to medical facilities. Collaborate with medical professionals and maintain ambulance equipment and patient reports.

Requirements

Must possess a DGH badge, a clean criminal record, and a Category B driver's license with medical classification and at least 2 years of experience. Candidates must be physically fit, stress-resistant, and fluent in Dutch.

Ambuce is de grootste ambulanceorganisatie van België, gespecialiseerd in dringend en niet‑dringend ziekenvervoer, medische bijstand, repatriëring en opleidingen. Vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Wijnegem en onze regionale standplaatsen vervoeren we jaarlijks meer dan 200.000 patiënten. Met een sterk team van zorgprofessionals en dispatchers bieden we veilige, kwalitatieve en mensgerichte zorg.

Voor onze 112-dienst op standplaats Borgerhout zoeken we een gedreven Ambulancier DGH die een cruciale rol speelt in noodhulp en patiëntenzorg.

Jouw rol:
Als ambulancier ben je een essentiële schakel in de gezondheidszorg. Je reageert op noodoproepen, verleent levensreddende zorg en vervoert patiënten veilig naar medische voorzieningen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Snel & efficiënt beantwoorden van noodoproepen.
  • Toestand van patiënten evalueren en toedienen van eerste hulp (CPR, wondzorg,…).
  • Samenwerken met medische professionals op locatie en in het ziekenhuis.
  • Rapporteren over patiëntentoestand en verleende zorg.
  • Onderhouden van ambulance en medische apparatuur.


Vereisten

  • Je beschikt over een DGH-badge of gaat deze behalen.
  • Blanco uitreksel van strafregister ( model 2 ).
  • Rijbewijs B mét medische schifting en min. 2 jaar rijervaring .
  • Fysiek fit, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt een perfecte kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Bereid om te werken in wisselende shiften (inclusief nachten, weekends en feestdagen).
