The PRN RN provides nursing oversight through client assessments, supervisory visits, and the development of individualized service plans. They are also responsible for educating caregivers and ensuring agency compliance with Texas HHS regulations.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Texas RN license and have at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or geriatrics. Additional requirements include CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
